Experteer Overview
In this role you will analyze complex real-world healthcare data to support RWE studies and evidence generation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and global MedTech partners to translate data into actionable insights. You drive advanced analytics, data quality, and reproducibility to shape product and analytics strategy. This position offers exposure to leading healthcare datasets in a mission-driven, collaborative environment with a integral analytics team.

• Apply statistical and advanced analytics to identify trends and actionable insights
• Build and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate large datasets
• Use Python (and/or R) for data analysis, automation, and modeling

• Manage and curate analytical datasets for market and commercial modeling
• Ensure high standards of data quality, documentation, and reproducibility

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences analytics
• Hands-on experience with Real-World Evidence (RWE) and real-world healthcare data such as claims, EHR, or secondary datasets
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, analytical/statistical libraries); strong Excel proficiency
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling and advanced analytics (forecasting, clustering, market mix modeling)
• Proven ability to drive analytical outcomes through strategic data integration and leadership across large-scale data processing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
