/li liStrong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. /li li5+ years systems administration experience in multi-platform environments (Windows/Linux). /li liConcrete understanding of Windows operating concepts (files, file systems, active directory, replication, processes, service and log management, users, Terminal services, permissions, I/O, devices, etc.). /li liSolid hands on knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025. /li liStrong understanding and experience with configuring and maintaining Exchange SE and Office 365 /li liThorough knowledge of SNMP, DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate and HTTP protocol. /li liRemote Desktop Connection (client and Terminal Server environment). /li liExperience with direct/network attached storage devices (Dell PowerVault). /li liExperience with designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Clustering. /li liExperience with virtualization technology such as VMware and Hyper‑V running in a production environment. /li liExperience implementing highly available solutions /li liExperience with designing, implementing and supporting backup and replication technologies for disaster recovery. /li liHighly motivated and competent with decision-making ability to work without close supervision. /li liKnowledge of network architectures, protocols and security fundamentals. /li liBA/BS in computer science or equivalent education desired but will consider hands on/real world experience. /li liMust be fluent in the English language. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
