In this role you will shape and execute Aristocrat’s HSE strategy across the EMEA region, driving a proactive safety culture and strong governance. You will partner with senior leaders to align safety with business objectives and manage risk through data-driven insights. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on HSE trends, compliance, and improvement initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams. The position offers the chance to impact wellbeing, psychological safety, and regulatory adherence at scale, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountable leadership.

• Advance HSE maturity through data-driven insights, benchmarking, and integral guidelines
• Analyze trends to identify emerging risks and support strategic decision-making
• Report performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure transparency
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in HSE leadership within large, matrix organizations
• Experience operating across EMEA with regulatory knowledge
• Ability to influence xqbhyrx senior stakeholders and drive cultural change
• Expertise in risk management, incident investigation, and HSE systems
• Strong commercial sense aligning safety with business outcomes
• Analytical capability to translate data into decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement
• Relevant qualifications in Health u0026 Safety, Environmental Management, or related fields
• Certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 preferred
