In this senior leadership role, you will drive global pharmacovigilance compliance, shaping and embedding predictive and detective controls across the organization. You will partner with QPPV to ensure readiness and compliance worldwide, foster a culture of safety and compliance, and lead cross-functional governance initiatives. You will innovate compliance frameworks, develop policies, and champion analytics-enabled risk detection. This position offers strategic impact across Patient Safety, contributing to regulatory alignment and continuous improvement. You will mentor a globally distributed team and represent the function in external forums and with regulators.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee the integral pharmacovigilance compliance model including preventive, detective, and corrective controls
• Lead innovation in predictive compliance using analytics and digital platforms to proactively manage risks
• Develop and maintain detective monitoring frameworks and dashboards for quality issues, audit findings, and root cause analysis
• Promote and support global PV policies and procedures ensuring international alignment
• Drive timely preventive and corrective actions and embed improvements into governance
• Maintain compliance governance models and participate in governance meetings (e.g., PV council)
• Sponsor safety and compliance culture; support training and dissemination of best practices
• Partner with Inspection Excellence to align compliance with inspection readiness approaches
• Represent Patient Safety externally with regulators and in professional forums
• Develop and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed team
• Provide comprehensive compliance reporting and strategic recommendations to QPPV and senior xqbhyrx leadership
Responsabilidades
• University degree (or equivalent) in a scientific/healthcare discipline
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, patient safety
• Global QA and compliance leadership experience
• Knowledge of directive, preventive, detective, and corrective controls
• Proven track record in digital compliance/predictive analytics
• Cross-functional global (matrix) experience
• Strong US/global compliance environment experience
• Excellence in communication, advocacy, and talent development
