Salary Range: RM9000 + RM400 (KPI)

- Assist customers regarding the beauty products





- Provide timely support via multiple channels

- Handle payments and customer data securely

- Protect brand reputation and customer loyaltyEscalate priority issues when needed

- Collaborate with team to improve support processes
