As a Process Improvement Manager at AMXL, you will lead initiatives to streamline last‑mile operations and improve the driver experience. You’ll work with site leadership to boost safety, productivity, and quality, using data to drive changes. You’ll audit processes, analyze feedback, and implement improvements across the site and potentially nearby locations. This role blends hands‑on process optimization with cross‑functional collaboration to scale our heavy-item fulfilment network.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in a related quantitative field (supply chain, business, engineering, finance)
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience communicating clearly with leadership and cross‑functional teams
