In this role, you own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and revenue-related processes for Glovo, ensuring accurate recognition and robust documentation. You will act as the core accounting expert, partnering with FinOps and IT to map, document, and harmonize global processes. You’ll support audits, build flowcharts and controls, and help design the idóneo ERP and financial systems. You work closely with local, regional, and HQ teams to uplift process quality and enable reliable month-end close. This is a hands-on, impacting role at a fast-growing delivery platform.

• Own the end-to-end OTC and PtP processes from an accounting perspective
• Document O2C processes with detailed flowcharts for internal reference
• Prepare Revenue Recognition and Revenue Assurance documentation
• Support annual financial audits for OTC processes and cycles
• Collaborate with FinOps and IT to design and map the ideal ERP/financial systems




• Contribute to global process harmonization by identifying gaps and improvements
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements during month-end close
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant accounting or audit experience in multinational companies with focus on O2C/revenue cycle
• Hands-on experience documenting financial processes, flowcharts, and controls
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition
• Experience collaborating with FinOps, xqbhyrx IT, or Financial Systems teams
• Fluent in English with clear written and spoken communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA or similar tier-1 ERP; ERP migration or systems mapping a plus
• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
