We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading organization in the aviation sector, partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and business leaders to attract top talent for critical technical and white-collar roles. This is a highly visible, end-to-end recruitment role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, driving talent strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across a complex and dynamic environment.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, maintenance, and specialized white-collar positions. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies and solve talent challenges. Source and attract highly skilled professionals across engineering, engine maintenance, and industrial functions.

Lead candidate experience initiatives and act as an ambassador of the employer brand. 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience. ~ Strong experience recruiting technical and specialized white-collar talent, ideally within aviation, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, or related sectors. ~ Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Microsoft 365,



and recruitment analytics tools.
