Service Now ITOM Specialist – hybrid (2‑3 days per week) in Valencia. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Service Now ITOM solutions tailored to business needs. Configure and manage components such as CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and integrate external systems. Participate in requirement gathering, technical solution definition, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments. Produce technical documentation, perform evolutionary maintenance, and ensure platform operational integrity. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Service Now development/implementation, preferably ITOM. Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITSM and other Service Now modules. Experience integrating via REST, SOAP, JSON; configuring MID Server and Single Sign-On (SSO).



Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Service Now certification in System Administration, Application Development or Implementation Specialist is a plus.
