Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and moderating user-generated digital content and advertisements to ensure compliance with community standards, safety guidelines, and platform policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate digital content, advertisements, and user-generated media against safety and policy guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in moderation decisions.
- Recognize and elevate complex or sensitive cases in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with international team members and team leads to keep digital platforms safe and secure.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish; professional working proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) for internal communication, systems, and ongoing training.
- Work Authorization: EU citizenship or valid legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating digital tools and social media platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, resilience, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
