You will own the development and execution of SharkNinja’s social commerce strategy across Southern Europe — spanning Spain and Italy — across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja, turning creator influence and social engagement into measurable commercial results in both markets. /p pbDepartment: /b Social Media Community /p pbPlatforms: /b Instagram TikTok (primary); Facebook YouTube (secondary) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp turn creator influence into measurable commercial results by supporting and scaling SharkNinja's social commerce programmes. /li liIdentify creators with strong commerce potential and support their activation as affiliate and performance partners. /li liExecute social commerce campaigns that connect social engagement with conversion and sales. /li liHelp develop and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices that can be scaled across brands and both Spain and Italy markets. /li liStay on top of social commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities. /li liWork closely with Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams across Spain and Italy to bring social commerce into key business moments. /li liSupport creator‑led activations around product launches, promotions, retailer events, and seasonal campaigns. /li liTranslate creator insights and social trends into actionable recommendations for retail and commercial teams. /li liHelp educate internal stakeholders on how social commerce and creator partnerships drive conversion and customer acquisition. /li liCollaborate across functions to ensure social commerce activity aligns with business objectives. /li liSupport day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of affiliate and social commerce initiatives.



/li liManage affiliate and social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, LTK, Awin, TradeDoubler, Impact, and similar tools relevant to the Spanish and Italian markets. /li liSupport creator onboarding, commission management, tracking, and performance reporting. /li liMonitor programme performance and identify opportunities to improve results. /li liFlag high‑performing creator content for amplification through paid media and retail channels. /li liEnsure social commerce activity is tracked, analysed, and continuously improved. /li liTrack key performance metrics including clicks, conversions, sales, and revenue influence. /li liBuild regular reporting dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders. /li liWork with Analytics and Finance teams to validate performance and identify growth opportunities. /li liUse data and insights to recommend optimisations and future investment areas. /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3 ul liSocial commerce programmes consistently drive measurable commercial outcomes. /li liCreator and affiliate partnerships show sustained growth in conversions and revenue impact. /li liRetail and Commercial teams actively incorporate social commerce into campaign planning. /li liPerformance insights are used to improve programmes and scale successful initiatives. /li liRepeatable processes and best practices are adopted across brands and both Southern European markets. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing. /li liExperience working with affiliate platforms,
