Job Title Senior Solutions Consultant – Hospitality Technology The Senior Solutions Consultant – Hospitality Technology will be responsible for the UK and IE Regions, acting as a key bridge between Product teams and Sales, helping customers understand the value, integration capabilities, and business impact of Amadeus hospitality solutions. This is a critical role in the sales cycle, requiring deep industry knowledge — especially hotel technology — strong Salesforce expertise, and the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do Customer Engagement: Understand customer strategy, challenges, and decision processes to propose the right IT solutions.
Build strong relationships with IT and business leaders, including VP/C‑level stakeholders.




Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and post‑implementation support.
Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, opportunities, activities, and to maintain accurate data quality across the sales cycle.
Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements and propose improvements aligned with Amadeus’ strategy.
Collaborate closely with Product, Portfolio, Sales Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Use Salesforce dashboards and reports to support opportunity management, forecasting, and visibility across accounts.
