IT Commercial Tech Project Manager (Barcelona)
We’re currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the search for an IT Commercial PM.
This role sits at the intersection of IT, Digital, and Commercial/Medical operations, driving international initiatives across EUCAN & International markets.
You will:
Lead and coordinate IT projects supporting product launches and digital initiatives
Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, budget, timelines, vendors)
Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT Security, and GDPR frameworks
Collaborate across Commercial, Medical, Data & Analytics, and general digital teams
Drive process improvements and ways of working
We’re looking for someone with:
7+ years in IT Project Management / Business Analysis
Experience within Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Exposure to Digital, CRM, Data or AI projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills in international environments
Contract: Freelance
