- Proactively and independently support day-to-day operational HR activities for our international locations (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Sweden).
- Support in managing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Assisting with and contributing to tasks from onboarding to offboarding, from A1 certificates to drafting contract documents.
- Support and take ownership of specific payroll-related topics.
- Assist in processing general administrative procedures across different countries.
- Actively collaborate on cross-border international HR projects, focusing on digitalization and process standardization.
- Contribute to developing new concepts and processes, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations in English.
- Conduct independent research on current HR trends, and prepare evaluations, statistics, and documentation.
How to convince us:
- Current student in Labour Relationships, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field, with possibility to sign an agreement with the university (convenio de prácticas). Preference for Master’s degree students.
- Strong affinity for HR-related topics.
- Flexibility, organizational talent, and excellent communication skills.
- Self-initiative, independent execution, and a high level of commitment.
- Meticulous working style, combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English skills; additional skills in French are an advantage.
