At 3 Doubles Producciones, we are looking for a Production Manager who wants to make a mark on every frame. We need someone who combines organizational mastery with technical insight, and who knows how to inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Planification skills production, designing short, medium, and long-term plans to ensure project milestones are met.

- Monitor and manage the workflow across all different departments (modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, etc.), ensuring a smooth transition of tasks and proactively resolving bottlenecks.

- Generate, manage, and track the project’s budget and production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

- Manage external vendors, freelancers, and outsourcing pipelines, including the hiring of necessary project resources.

- Train, guide, and mentor production team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Proactively problem-solve and anticipate production risks before they impact the schedule or budget.

- Create detailed production reports and budgets for both international clients and internal management.

- Keep key stakeholders, including the Head of Production, fully informed about project status, risks,



and milestones, preparing progress reports and leading production meetings.

What are we looking for?

- Proven experience as a Production Manager within the 3D Animation industry, successfully delivering 3D animated features or series.

- Solid experience managing international projects and dealing directly with international clients and stakeholders.

- Strong proficiency in production tracking software, specifically Flow Production Tracking (formerly ShotGrid / Shotgun).

- Deep understanding of the 3D animation pipeline and how departments interconnect.

- Advanced skills in budget generation, financial tracking, and creating comprehensive production reports.

- True leadership: You know how to motivate, resolve conflicts, manage team dynamics, and keep everyone focused and united.

- Flexibility, strategic vision, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
