Aufbau vertrauensvoller, langfristiger Beziehungen durch aufmerksamen, zuverlässigen und diskreten Service Aktiver Austausch im Team, Teilen von Ideen, Empfehlungen und Service-Best-Practices Fluency in both English and German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages Experience in customer service, concierge, or lifestyle management, preferably within the luxury sector Proficiency in online research and resourcefulness in problem-solving Passion for customer service and a keen understanding of luxury lifestylesAbility to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service to enhance their experiencesi The successful candidate must be versátil and willing to work on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Sunday.

Shifts will be scheduled as either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday,



with 5 consecutive working days, within operating hours of 07:00 to 21:00. This is a full‑time position, requiring a total of 40 working hours per week. An annual salary between €21'000 - 25'000 depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus Remote working within Spain.
