A day in the life As a Waiter / Waitress at Aleia, you'll be part of a passionate Front of House team dedicated to delivering an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience. Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail - Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest - Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu,



wine list and daily offerings - Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards - Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure seamless service - Anticipate guests' needs and respond with confidence and discretion - Maintain impeccable presentation and uphold Michelin-level service standards - Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures - Contribute to a positive, collaborative and respectful team environment Must have - Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly preferred - Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential - Spanish is valued, and any additional languages are considered a strong advantage - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences - Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude - Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain Benefits - Staff meals - Uniform provided - Paid vacation
