Role Description This is a part-time, remote Web Application Developer role.

The Web Application

Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications and digital tools that address operational challenges in the company’s focus sectors. Day-to-day work includes implementing back-end services, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliability and security of web solutions. The role involves collaborating with product and design teams, translating user requirements into technical specifications,



and supporting the full software development lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and maintenance. The developer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Web Application Development and building scalable Web Applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and general Software Development practices.
- Experience with modern web frameworks, databases (mainly MongoDB), and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to translate business and user requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization for web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, cross-functional team.
- Experience in sectors such as construction, real estate, hospitality, or industrial environments is an advantage.
