One of our clients resides in Sotogrande and is looking for a Spanish-Speaking PA with excellent communication skills in English and a strong advantage would be if the person also speaks Swedish or Norwegian.
The role requires relocation to Sotogrande or in the close vicinity if you don't already live in the area, but is not a formal office-based role. The role may require some international travel.
The salary offered is anything from €28-50K depending on previous experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full agenda and calendars, work and private, of the UBO
- Schedule business meetings
- Ensure the UBO is informed and reminded of his agenda daily
- Organise lunches and dinners, both business and private
- Ensure dry cleaning is picked up and delivered
- Ensure gifts are bought and delivered e.g. for kids' parties
- Ensure vehicles are always top-notch, incl MOT, cleaning, repairs
- Live in or close to Sotogrande
- Able to work adaptable hours with calls / emails outside of standard office hours (as per agreement)
- Able to travel internationally if required
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is a massive advantage
- Service-minded is your "second nature"
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to navigate calmly in a rapidly changing landscape
- A desire to always perform to the highest of abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
About this role
- Based in Sotogrande with hybrid flexibility
- Full time with some "after office hours" availability required
- Salary up to €50K for experienced PA
- Paid international travel if accompanying the UBO
- 2 references required when applying
- "Clean Police Conduct Report" is a requirement before employment can be formalised
