The role works closely with internal teams to support secure access management, compliance activities, and the continuous improvement of security services. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the implementation and maintenance of RACF‑based IAM solutions across multi‑country environments. /li liSupport the definition of access models, roles and authorization structures. /li liCollaborate with teams involved in: ul liIAM platforms and integration initiatives /li liSIEM and monitoring solutions /li /ul /li liAssist in the adoption of common security standards and configurations across environments.



/li liSupport compliance activities related to internal controls and audit requirements (e.g., ISAE 3402). /li liContribute to access certification and privileged account review processes. /li liAssist in the collection of audit evidence, reporting activities and remediation follow‑up. /li liContribute to the management of the Mainframe IAM service lifecycle. /li liSupport service monitoring activities, backlog management and SLA tracking. /li liParticipate in the implementation and maintenance of standard processes and workflows, including ServiceNow‑based processes. /li liIdentify opportunities for service improvements and share recommendations with the team. /li liParticipate in projects related to Mainframe Security and RACF environments. /li liSupport initiatives involving RACF administration tools, including migrations and technology upgrades. /li liContribute to project planning, effort estimation and solution implementation activities. /li liAssist in modernization and optimization initiatives. /li liProvide technical expertise on Mainframe IAM and RACF topics within the team. /li liCollaborate with Infrastructure Security teams, IAM Governance teams and Application teams. /li liSupport coordination activities across different stakeholders to help meet project and operational objectives. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5 years professional experience in Identity Access Management, Mainframe Security/RACF and Identity Governance.
