Experteer Overview In this role you integrate new data areas into the Celonis Process Mining platform and design ETL pipelines with Object-Centric Process Mining.You will build analyses, identify process improvements, and drive solutions in Celonis, while testing and validating developments with stakeholders.You'll monitor ETL data refreshes, create value-tracking dashboards, and enable stakeholders through training and documentation.You'll work with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality process mining outcomes that scale across SAP data domains.Compensaciones / Incentivos - Develop and enhance OCPM ETL pipelines, views, action flows and Celonis solutions, primarily using SAP data - Collaborate with stakeholders to test and validate new process mining developments - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines to ensure reliable data refreshes - Design technical solutions that fit the defined use case and optimize performance - Analyze processes for improvement opportunities and present findings with proposed solutions - Develop value-tracking dashboards to measure benefits from process improvements - Train and enable stakeholders on Warehouse Management dashboards and maintain documentation - Maintain deep expertise in process mining technologies and stay updated on best practices - Ensure compliance with Avnet procedures and policies - Manage work packages independently and gather requirements with KPI definitions - Participate in alignment calls and mentor other process mining developersResponsabilidades - 1+ years experience developing Process Mining solutions using Celonis - Experience developing OCPM ETL pipelines, perspectives, views and action flows - Knowledge of SAP ERP data and business processes - Ability to work independently and proactively - Very strong analytical skills - Good presentation and communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and a team player - Fluent in English - German language skills (intermediate to advanced) could be an advantage - Experience with SAP EWM data and processes could be an advantageRequisitos principales - Hybrid working model - Meal Vouchers - Private Medical Insurance - LinkedIn Learning license - SAP training - Open-door policy
