Are you passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and creating unforgettable dining experiences? At Dreams Lanzarote Playa Dorada Resort & Spa, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Intern to join our dynamic F&B; team in a luxury, international 5-star resort environment.

This internship offers hands-on experience in restaurants and bars, allowing you to develop your skills while delivering outstanding service to guests from all over the world.

?? Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in providing high-quality food and beverage service in restaurants, bars, and outlets.

- Welcome and attend guests in a professional, friendly, and service-oriented manner.

- Support the setup, service, and clearing of tables according to hotel standards.

- Learn and apply menu knowledge, including food, beverages, and basic upselling techniques.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas in compliance with hygiene standards.





- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a smooth and memorable dining experience.

- Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the F&B; department as required.

?? Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management, or related fields.

- Advanced level of Spanish and English (additional languages will be highly valued).

- Strong communication skills and a clear customer-service mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus, but not mandatory.
