About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional support to our customers and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance throughout their experience with Coral Club.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages.
- Assist customers with order status, delivery, product availability, pricing, and placing orders.
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.




- Process customer orders and update information in the company's system.
- Resolve shipping and delivery issues in cooperation with internal teams.
- Contact customers when additional information or follow-up is required.

Documentation & Reporting

- Record every customer interaction accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and ensure all cases are properly documented.

Product Knowledge

- Continuously learn about Coral Club products, services, and internal processes.
- Confidently answer customer questions and provide guidance on company products and services.

What we're looking for

- Native Spanish (Spain) and Russian language skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or customer service is an advantage.
