Your main duties as a receptionist will include:
- Welcoming and receiving visitors, patients, and clients upon their arrival at the clinic.
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments effectively both in person and over the phone.
- Handling incoming phone calls, answering patient inquiries, and providing detailed information.
- Directing patients and visitors to the appropriate locations within the facility.
- Distributing informative documentation, brochures, forms, and budget estimates.
- Processing payments for patient visits and services rendered.
To qualify for this position, you must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:
- Be under 30 years of age, currently unemployed and registered with the Balearic Employment Service (SOIB).
- Hold a compulsory secondary education qualification (ESO or equivalent).
- No previous work experience is required (0 months of experience).
- General computer literacy will be positively evaluated.
- Knowledge of English and German is valued as an added asset.
The contract details and working conditions provided for this position include:
- Full-time work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 20:00, and Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.
- Gross annual salary of €17,094.
- 6-month temporary contract (substitution contract under Law 01/2023, Art. 17b for replacing staff on parental leave) with the possibility of extension.
