Role Purpose You will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
- Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Define and implement local improvement measures.
- Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage contract cancellation processes (transformation, conversion, and reverse transactions).
- Analyse the Repair & Refurbishment process using KPIs and define action plans for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with standard refurbishment business rules.
- Manage purchase, approval, pricing alignment and budget control within the refurbishment process.
- Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end used car process.
