Project Manager – International Retail Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced, commercially sharp, and adaptable Project Manager to oversee fast-track retail fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Operating on a remote basis, this role requires essential and regular travel to live project sites across both the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality retail environments within exceptionally tight windows. This position demands a professional who can seamlessly navigate forensic commercial analysis during the tender stage, coordinate international supply chains, and manage complex live site logistics within strict landlord and local regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery: Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of fast-track retail fit-outs across the UK and Europe, ensuring handovers are executed on time, within budget, and to premium retail standards.

Pre-Construction & Tender Analysis: Conduct detailed forensic analysis of returned contractor tenders, meticulously evaluating provisional sums, exclusions, and variations to safeguard project margins.

International Logistics: Plan and execute robust site protocols and complex logistics strategies tailored to high-footfall shopping centres, flagship high-street environments, and European jurisdictions.

Compliance & Health & Safety:



Oversee compliance with UK and European health and safety regulations (including CDM framework/Principal Designer responsibilities where applicable), and rigorously vet site-specific RAMS.

Cross-Border Coordination: Liaise directly with international clients, local sub-contractors, European suppliers, and landlord management teams to keep multi-trade schedules perfectly aligned.

What We Are Looking For

Essential: A proven track record of managing retail fit-out projects, ideally with experience delivering fast-track fashion units or major shopping centre schemes.

Travel Flexibility: Full willingness and flexibility to travel internationally across Europe as required by the construction schedule.

Commercial Acumen: Strong expertise in detailed tender analysis, contract documentation, variation tracking, and international cost management.

Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of health and safety standards, risk management, and the coordination of international trades.

Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently lead remote teams and drive progress across language and cultural boundaries.

Pay: 30,000.00€ - 60,000.00€ per year
