Overview

As Sr. Accountant for Europe, you will support the Barcelona office and European subsidiaries with accounting, tax, and reporting. You’ll maintain books, ensure compliance with NIIFs and corporate policies, and coordinate statutory filings and grants. You will enable timely management reporting, support audits and SOX, and contribute to budgeting and ad hoc projects. You’ll work cross‑functionally to sustain governance and drive efficient financial operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide accounting and administrative support for European subsidiaries
- Maintain bookkeeping (AP, AR, fixed assets, cash, expenses) per guidelines and NIIFs
- Coordinate statutory tax and regulatory reporting with local providers
- Coordinate tax credits, grants, and European funds reporting




- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare/review journal vouchers
- Propose accounting solutions for unusual transactions and ensure policy compliance
- Support audits and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance
- Support budget process and ad hoc projects

Responsibilities

- BS/BA degree in accounting or related field
- Min. 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1); French/German (B2) a plus
