Required qualifications
- STCW
- ENG1
- Valid Schengen for non-EU crew members
- Master 500GT preferred (due to owner might purchase larger vessel)
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized sailing yachts.
- Captain with strong engineering skills
- Strong longevity and outstanding references .
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
