Key Responsibilities
You will lead and assist with:
- Guided coastal and countryside hikes
- E-bike tours
- Paddleboarding and kayaking adventures
- Open-water swimming sessions
- Sunrise and sunset experiences
- Guest transfers and equipment preparation
- Delivering safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for all guests
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence leading and interacting with groups
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Good level of physical fitness
- Passion for outdoor activities and adventure tourism
Desirable Qualifications
- Full driving licence
- First Aid certification
- Experience in outdoor guiding, watersports, fitness coaching, or tourism
- Spanish language skills
