We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement QA processes and standards.
- Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications.
- Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features.
- Act as the quality gate before production releases.
- Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy.
- Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of QA experience, primarily web-focused.
- Strong background in manual testing.
- Experience setting up QA processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
- Experience with accessibility or performance testing.
- Previous lead or senior QA role.
