Position

Sales Executive (m/w/d)

Your role

- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract signature.
- Research and prospect new clients in the Belgium market.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of stakeholders (C‑Levels, HR Directors, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Lead live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Lead negotiations from demo to contract.
- Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of the deal pipeline.
- Work with SDRs and the Sales Team in a feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and drive growth.
- Deliver small‑scale implementations ensuring accounts meet readiness and activation criteria.

Basic qualifications

- Native level of Flemish and good level of English (written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top‑performing SDR.
- “No excuses” attitude: success depends on self‑initiative.
