Role
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team and help us manage collections across our integral operations, from Barcelona to the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with our Accounting and Sales teams to keep invoicing flowing, collections on track, and our financial data spotless.
Responsibilities
- Process daily invoicing and prepayments
- Monitor collections across Stark and our international subsidiaries
- Reconcile transitory accounts and control Stripe and bank transfer payouts
- Prepare internal financial reporting
- Ensure allocation accuracy and standardized accounting practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Fluency in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency with financial software
- Strong attention to detail – you think in decimals, not approximation
- Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- A results‑driven, analytical approach and a positive attitude
- Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, Stripe or similar payment tool knowledge, and a passion for motorcycles or sustainability
