Summer Camp Activity Leader – Gran Canaria & Tenerife

Language Campus is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Summer Camp Activity Leader for Gran Canaria and Tenerife.

Responsibilities

- Full-time
- Guide, plan and lead students through a variety of activities. You will both lead and partake in these activities.
- Ensure adequate preparation and set up for on/offsite activities and excursions.
- Lead, supervise, motivate and engage students on activities and excursions, through active participation yourself.
- Proactively encourage students to take part in planned activities both during the day and in the evenings.
- Assist in the organization and preparation of a wide range of activities, including during the day, evenings, and weekend excursions.
- Participate in, supervise and lead all activities including sports, karaoke, disco nights, etc.
- Take reasonable responsibility for the students under your charge and act to always secure and never endanger their physical and moral welfare.




- Check all students are accounted for in the classrooms and during activities/excursions.
- Maintain proper levels of student discipline, safety and welfare.
- Carry out residential supervision duties, including meal and guardian duties.
- Welcome new students to the schools and their accommodations.
- Address any student or staff concerns raised to you and report them to the relevant persons involved.
- Be aware of safeguarding duties regarding underage students.

Qualifications for Activity Leader

- Comfortable leading activities, social events, sports activities, and excursions for large groups.
- Native‑like fluency in English with permission to work in Spain.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Full availability to work from June 24th to August 10th 2026.
