At weWow, you’ll lead one of our key partnerships: 123inkt Group (123inkt, PrintAbout, Cartridge People).
You’ll manage and grow a multilingual sales team (15+ FTE) across markets like NL, UK, FR, SE, IT, and DE, with plenty of room to scale.
What will you do?
- Lead, inspire, and develop an international sales team
- Own the commercial performance of the 123inkt Group accounts
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes and performance
- Scale the team through hiring, coaching, and expansion into new markets
- Manage key stakeholders and spot new revenue opportunities
- Stay hands-on when needed,
supporting the team during peak moments

This role is for you if you…
- Are native Dutch + fluent in English
- Have 5+ years in sales leadership
- Have managed teams of 10+ people
