W*e are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives* to join an exciting international customer experience project based in Alicante, Spain.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support while creating positive customer experiences.

Your daily responsibilities include:

- Providing professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with product and service inquiries.
- Troublesbleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Managing customer accounts and updating internal systems.
- Identifying customer needs and offering the most appropriate solutions.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining high quality standards and achieving performance targets.

What We're Looking For

- Relocation Support Available
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
- Good level of English (minimum B2).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage but not essential.
- EU citizenship or legal right to work in Spain.
