Saltwater Restaurant, located in the beautiful Beaucette Marina, is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.

Responsibilities

-

- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

- Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service.

- Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.

- Assist with menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

- Manage stock control, ordering, and minimise food waste.

- Train and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff.

- Step into the Head Chef's role when required.

Qualifications

-

- Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a busy, quality-led restaurant.





- Strong leadership and organisational skills.

- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and team-working abilities.

- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.

- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing business.
