- Lead team operations, resource allocation, and project planning.

- Drive process excellence and AI‑powered automation adoption.

- Ensure service quality through SLA management and operational governance.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate changing priorities effectively.

- Support team development through structured feedback.

- Lead proposal development and client‑facing strategic presentations.

- Oversee project sizing, profitability, and delivery performance across the portfolio.

- Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to ensure a holistic approach.

- Stay up to date with the latest GEO & SEO trends, algorithm updates, industry best practices, and AI challenges.

- Communicate complex GEO & SEO concepts in an accessible way to non‑SEO stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience.

- Proven experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring, performance‑management, and career development.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

- Strategic business mindset, able to align GEO & SEO initiatives with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.





- Strong client‑facing skills, including presenting strategies, reporting results, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

- Proactive, adaptable, and results‑oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities, combined with a hands‑on approach to execution.

- Ability to drive operational excellence, prioritize effectively, and perform in fast‑paced environments.
