They are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex software implementation and transformation programmes across Europe and the Middle East.

The Role

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of delivering enterprise software projects from initial planning through to successful implementation.

You will work closely with customers, internal technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, meet customer expectations, and create measurable business value.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex technology programmes, building strong client relationships, and working at the intersection of business, software, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects.





- Create project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, budgets, and delivery objectives.

- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.

- Provide regular project reporting and updates to customers and leadership teams.

- Ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes and business benefits.

- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, IT, and Operations.

- Support customer proposals, tenders, and solution discussions.

- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.

- Build relationships with technical teams, business users, and senior stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

- Support customer adoption and long‑term success.

Leadership

- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams.

- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Help teams overcome challenges and remove delivery blockers.

- Promote best practices across project execution.

What We’re Looking For
Experience

-

- Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations or digital transformation projects.

- Experience delivering complex technology programmes involving multiple stakeholders.

- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, technology consulting, or IT transformation.

- Experience managing delivery timelines, budgets, risks, and teams.





Technical Understanding

-

- Good understanding of software delivery lifecycles.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.

- Understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Core Skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and problem‑solving skills.

- Comfortable managing multiple projects in an international environment.

Experience within one or more of the following areas:

- Industrial technology platforms

- Asset Performance Management (APM)

- Grid management technologies

- Renewable energy software

- Utility digital transformation

Experience working with international customers and distributed teams is highly valued.

Travel

Some customer travel will be required (approximately 10–25%).
