We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager (Website) to join our Onsite Team in Barcelona and lead the transformation of our digital presence.

What You’ll Do

-

- Platform & CMS Ownership: Own the roadmap for our website platform, including CMS architecture and engineering integrations, ensuring it empowers the marketing team to scale.

- Content Engine & SEO: Drive the development of our content site, including Treatment Hubs, Doctor Profiles, and City/Local pages, to transform it into a primary organic growth driver.

- CRO & Funnel Optimization: Maintain ownership of the full acquisition funnel (A/B testing, conversion optimization)



to turn high-intent traffic into booked consultations.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and Clinical teams to lead product delivery and ensure our website meets both business and user needs.

Requirements

-

- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in high-growth B2C or health-tech environments.

- Strong experience managing web and CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Next.js) and architecture.

- Proven background in SEO and Content Strategy as organic growth drivers.

- Expert-level skills in CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and full-funnel analytics.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

- Experience with funnel analysis and user journey optimization.

- Understanding of UX principles and user behavior.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Fluent English: (Spanish is a major plus) as you will be operating in a multicultural, international environment.
