Responsibilities

- Responsible for pricing and yielding at a location or cluster level, reporting to the Pricing Manager.
- Analyse the competitor landscape by location, vehicle type, rental length, source country, and business channels.
- Run and review business intelligence to support decision making, including rent reporting, reservation reports, and cancellation trends.
- Understand the flexibility and constraints in fleet management and how they impact pricing decisions (e.g., fleet movement execution times, availability planning, de‑fleeting and in‑fleeting processes).
- Propose and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue, combining knowledge of current business performance, market position, demand, and business channel mix.
- Communicate effectively to stakeholders the current performance of clusters and pricing/yielding actions implemented.
- Contribute to the alignment of activities across different departments (Fleet, Operations, Corporate Sales) and continually apply revenue management practices to improve business profitability.
- Recommend and implement changes to current processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications




- Previous experience in pricing or revenue management is a plus, but not essential.
- Degree or diploma in finance, economics, business, marketing, or engineering school; postgraduate studies in revenue management or financial mathematics are desirable.
- Fluent English.
- Proficient with office software packages.
- Analytical mindset, strong communicator, attention to detail, team player, and strong planning and organisational skills.
- Fast decision‑making ability.
