Contemporary Star Energy is a joint venture created by Stellantis and CATL to advance affordable and sustainable electric mobility in Europe. Bringing together integral automotive leadership and next-generation battery innovation, we lead the evolution of cleaner and smarter mobility. Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production.

Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

We are looking for an IT Corporate System Supervisor, who will lead the implementation of SAP systems across the organization. This role will oversee end-to-end SAP initiatives and act as a strategic partner across departments to ensure high system performance, robust security and full compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Managing a team of consultants, analysts and developers, providing mentorship, training and career development opportunities.
- Assigning tasks, tracking project progress and ensuring a timely delivery of initiatives within budget and scope.
- Leading the end-to-end management of the SAP environment,



including implementations, upgrades, enhancements and resolution of critical issues.
- Aligning SAP solutions with business needs, collaborating with key departments to improve processes and ensure a seamless system integration.
- Optimizing system performance, security and governance, ensuring compliance with internal standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.

Your profile and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- High level of English, minimum C1.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation support or project management. Experience managing teams of SAP professionals is preferred.
- Must prove deep expertise in various SAP modules and proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or cloud solutions like SAP S/4 HANA Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors. A strong knowledge of ABAP, SQL, BAPIs and SAP Fiori will be valuable.
- Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
