Overview

Senior Analyst - Global Product based out of Boadilla (Madrid), Senior Analyst of Global Cash Management as Front Office Product Owner. This role focuses on product strategy, design, execution, measurement, and collaboration across Santander Corporate & Investment Banking.

Responsibilities

- Product Strategy and Evolution: analyse key indicators (clients, market, regulation) to create innovative products for multiple client segments served by GTB Cash.
- Client requirements: collaborate directly with clients and client origination teams to understand challenges in different geographies and aggregate needs for global solutions.
- Product Design: apply technology, innovation, and market trends to design new products for existing and prospective clients.
- Product Execution / Delivery: execute end-to-end new product delivery, including ideation, business case, global strategy, funding request, coordination with COO, compliance/legal approval, go-to-market strategy, and stakeholder oversight.
- Product Measurement and In‑life Performance: manage KPIs and metrics, aggregate data at the integral level, and use insights to drive product evolution, modifications, and capex requests.
- Origination & Product Collaboration: collaborate with Origination teams (Corporate and Financial Institutions), build and prioritise the product development pipeline,



and support client approaches for meetings and events.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Experience : 3+ years in product ownership or product management; experience in banking, finance, or technology essential.
- Experience in corporate and investment banking products preferred.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (APIs, AI, Blockchain, platform business models). Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, ISO20022, and SWIFT is a plus.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree required.
- Languages : English fluency (C1 or higher) required.
- Skills : strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, strong presentation skills.
