As R&D; Project Manager , you will lead innovation-driven projects focused on performance, reliability, and competitiveness of dry-type distribution transformers. You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment , partnering with integral R&D;, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and testing teams .
This is a role for someone who thrives in execution , enjoys working close to the product, and can connect technical development with project delivery excellence . You will continuously develop your skills in project management, stakeholder coordination, and R&D; methodologies .
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead end-to-end R&D; projects from planning to delivery.
- Ensure scope, timing, budget, and quality targets are achieved.
- Contribute to the definition and validation of new technologies and product improvements.
- Coordinate requirements with engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality, and global R&D; teams.
- Enable effective cross-functional and international collaboration.
- Maintain project schedules, cost sheets, technical files, and reports.
- Manage risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a clear and reliable communication partner for all stakeholders.
Your background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in project management within industrial, engineering, or R&D; environments.
- Solid knowledge or strong interest in transformers or electrical products.
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies (e.g. MS Project, Agile principles).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
