Are you an experienced Change & Communications professional with a track record of supporting global business and technology transformation programmes?

We are seeking a Change & Communications Manager to play a key role in a large-scale general e‑Invoicing transformation programme spanning multiple international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications, and change activities as organisations adapt to evolving tax and regulatory requirements.

The Role

As the Change & Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of change management and communication activities across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. Working closely with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders, you will ensure effective adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement strategies.

- Create and maintain stakeholder mapping and communication matrices.

- Perform change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and organisational dimensions.

- Facilitate business readiness and alignment workshops with key stakeholders.

- Support adoption and transition planning activities.

Communications

-

- Develop and execute project communication strategies and plans.

- Create engaging communication materials including project updates, go‑live communications, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and briefing packs.





- Manage communication channels and distribution lists to ensure effective information flow.

- Support leadership communications and stakeholder messaging.

Business Readiness & Training

-

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities.

- Define training requirements and learning pathways for key users and end‑users.

- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training content aligns with business and system changes.

- Support readiness assessments and deployment activities.

Experience Required

-

- Proven experience in Change Management, Business Change, or Change & Communications roles.

- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes, ERP implementations, finance transformation, digital transformation, or system rollouts.

- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across global organisations.

- Experience delivering change impact assessments and business readiness activities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills.

- Experience developing and executing communication strategies for complex projects.

- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and supporting learning initiatives.

- SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or ERP transformation experience.

- e‑Invoicing, Finance Transformation, Tax Transformation, or Shared Services experience.

- Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent certification.

- Experience working within multi-country or global programmes.
