At Oesia Group , We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex defence and aerospace programmes involving multidisciplinary engineering teams, international stakeholders and advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

-

- Lead and manage complex defence and aerospace projects from initiation to delivery

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, operations, quality and finance

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets

- Identify, monitor and mitigate programme risks and dependencies

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, partners and key stakeholders

- Ensure contractual obligations and project milestones are achieved

- Prepare and present programme status reports to management and customers

- Support proposal preparation, bid activities and contract negotiations

- Drive project governance, decision‑making processes and performance reviews

- Foster collaboration across international teams and external partners

Required Qualifications

-

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Telecommunications or similar)

- Proven experience managing complex engineering or technology programmes

- Experience working in Defence, Aerospace, Space,



Security or other highly regulated industries

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated experience in project planning, risk management and programme governance

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

-

- Experience managing international defence or aerospace programmes

- Knowledge of systems engineering environments

- Experience working with military, governmental or defence customers

- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent project management certifications

- Additional languages such as Spanish
