Vendor Network Architecture: Establish a robust ecosystem of reliable, cost-effective Spanish industrial suppliers and contractors, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance and budgetary guidelines
Seamlessly transition from launch procurement into ongoing operational support, tracking site KPIs, managing continuous resource optimization, and resolving supply-chain bottlenecks on the floor
Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Mandarin is strictly mandatory. xqbhyrx You must be fully capable of negotiating with local Spanish suppliers while managing technical and financial alignments with Chinese-speaking headquarters
