As part of our Project Execution International Team, you will manage and maintain our Common Data Environment (CDE) and other document management tools. Your goal is to transition our processes to a business-wide methodology based on international industry standards, ensuring efficient production, sharing, and storage of deliverables.
You’ll make a difference by

- Managing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for our international portfolio according to industry standards.
- Authoring processes, designing training, and providing expert advisory for new technology solutions.
- Defining and updating project‑specific document management plans and ensuring compliance.
- Planning, controlling, and reporting on project documents, including metadata and placeholders.
- Collaborating with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document distribution and approvals.
Your success is grounded in
-
- A Business Administration degree or relevant experience in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in large‑scale industrial projects, preferably railway infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience as a Document Manager, ideally in a lead role.
- 3+ years of experience administering EDMS Tools (Aconex, Documentum, ACC, ProjectWise, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
You’ll thrive even more if you also bring
Knowledge of international DM standards, particularly ISO 19650.
Experience in analytical reporting and a commitment to continuous improvement.
