Role Description

The Portfolio Growth & Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role focused on growing SafeStays' property portfolio in Milan. The position is based in Madrid, with responsibility for identifying, sourcing, and securing high-quality residential and commercial properties in Milan for acquisition, lease, sale, or property management.



Day-to-day activities include conducting comprehensive market research and comparative pricing analyses to evaluate potential opportunities, acting as the primary point of contact for property owners, and coordinating property visits, documentation, and necessary communications. The role involves coordinating onboarding of new properties, collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth integration into the portfolio, and monitoring performance to optimize occupancy and revenue. The Manager will also maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, gather market intelligence, and recommend initiatives to strengthen SafeStays' presence in Milan and other target markets.

Qualifications

- Proven negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder communication abilities, including working with property owners and partners.

- Background in sales is a strong plus, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, research-driven approach to identifying new opportunities.

- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills to coordinate multi-property onboarding and cross-functional collaboration.

- Fluent Italian and English required.
