As a Spanish-Speaking Technical Product Trainer, you'll deliver engaging product education programs that help customers, partners, and internal teams maximize the value of VWO. You'll combine live training, content creation, and curriculum development to create scalable learning experiences.

Responsibilities

- Deliver live and virtual product training sessions to Spanish and English-speaking customers.

- Facilitate onboarding and advanced product workshops for customers and partners.

- Build and maintain educational content, including videos, webinars, and written guides.

- Develop training curricula for VWO products and CRO best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure training materials reflect product updates.

- Design customized learning programs tailored to customer business needs.

- Support internal product enablement initiatives.





- Track learner feedback and optimize training programs for effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in product training, customer education, or SaaS enablement.

- Experience designing and delivering training programs.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Familiarity with modern learning methodologies and instructional design.

- Native or professional fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English.

- Experience with SaaS or B2B technology products is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in customer success, technical onboarding, or consulting.

- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, or digital marketing. xqbhyrx
