At SOTEC Consulting – Astek Group , we are looking for an IT Knowledge Management Specialist to join an international Telecom & Workspace project. This role focuses on the governance of technical documentation, the management of a SharePoint-based knowledge base, and the continuous improvement of the organization's AI Assistant (MIA). You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality knowledge management practices across global operations, helping both IT support teams and AI-powered services deliver accurate and consistent information.

Responsibilities

- Review and validate Knowledge Base articles created by first-line support teams.

- Manage and govern technical documentation across SharePoint and ServiceNow .

- Determine the appropriate publication channel for new knowledge articles based on general Knowledge Management guidelines.

- Ensure documentation complies with global Knowledge Management standards, maintaining consistency in quality, structure, and content.

- Analyze AI conversation logs to identify documentation gaps and improve AI response accuracy.

- Create, update and optimize technical documentation to enhance the AI Assistant's knowledge source.

- Maintain and continuously improve the global knowledge base, identifying outdated, duplicate or missing content.

- Collaborate with international teams across multiple countries to ensure accurate and consistent technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Experience in Knowledge Management or Knowledge Base administration.

- Professional working proficiency in English, as the service is delivered entirely in English.

- Experience working with SharePoint and/or ServiceNow .

- Experience creating, reviewing and maintaining technical documentation.

- Experience validating knowledge articles and ensuring documentation quality.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with AI-powered assistants or Generative AI.

- Knowledge of Knowledge Management governance and documentation frameworks.

- Experience supporting global or multi-country knowledge bases.
